Table D'Hote Chez Mallet

An evening in good company. We feasted.

Delicious meal, impeccable service and fast, very good value for our dinner 5 services. The restaurant is an old country house, there are many small lounges, it is perfect for a family dinner. This is our first time but not the last. Thank you for this good meal.

While it was a lovely summer evening, we chose to eat inside to be near the musician, playing oldies as a nice backdrrop for our meal. Chez Mallet is in an old house with simple decor but very intimate. Service was well timed and the food was excellent, both taste-wise and in presentation, comparing favorably with what we would expect from a fine French restaurant in Montreal or Quebec - quite unexpected for small town Drummondville. Having eaten in half a dozen other top restaurants in town, this is now our favorite.
